Shipping Cost

CatSheets orders are shipped free via First-Class Mail. There is no additional First-Class Mail shipping charge to the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, any available shipping or tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@catsheets.shop.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

Shipping and delivery times may vary after an order has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and assist you.
